Our 1st time using VanDorn Auto and they did great. We dropped off late on Fri. and picked up at 4 on Mon. They ordered and replaced both shocks, both struts, and did a realignment. Stayed in touch by phone & text. No muss, no fuss, and $400 less than the dealer.

They do great work and they make sure that your vehicle is done right the very first time. If they see a small problem that can become a major issue in the future they will tell you about it and recommend corrective action to prevent damage to your vehicle. I have been with VDAR for a very long time and I can assure you that they are truly professionals in there craft. Your vehicle is in good hands with VDAR.

This may be the first post I've ever made on a review of any kind. If not, it's been years. Just had to comment about the integrity of this place. Recently unemployed, I am strapped for cash. I came here because of the reviews, to get some brake work (pads only) done and a couple other minor things that I needed in order to pass my state safety inspection that had failed. I received the written estimate for the repairs when I got the inspection done. I brought the form here so that they could give me their written estimate, and I could likely give them the work. I explained my condition of finances a little. Upon looking it over he said, in your situation, I would probably stay here (the other shop) and do the work there because it'll save you a little money. He even complimented the other shop saying they do good work, and I'd be okay. It wasn't significant. I mean, we're talking less than $300 for the original repair estimate. Who does that these days? Just the fact that he would even say that was impressive. So while I can't speak to any work being done, of course, I can easily speak to the character that I saw here. I can guarantee that if I wasn't so tight, I would be coming here for work. I even may still. 👍 Certainly will be my first option in the future.
